Brooklyn Plaza offers full range of health care and support services.Women, Infant and Children. (WIC ) services are available on-site. Staff is also available to assist with applications for the Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP ) and application for Child Health Insurance Plan (CHIP ), free or low cost insurance for children fewer than 19 and Family Health Plus for adults 19-64 years of age.Our staff consists of highly qualified and experienced medical professionals and support staff. All of our physicians and dentists are Board Certified or Board eligible.
