Descriptions East Bay SPCA is a privately funded non-profit with Adoption Centers in Dublin and Oakland. The establishment offers pet adoption, dog training, pet boarding, educational classes about animals for kids, spay and neuter surgeries, as well as vet care and microchip procedures for animals. Volunteers are welcome for a variety of positions. |
