Descriptions Bethesda Park Condominiums was once an apartment complex. Bethesda Park is a quaint and quiet garden style complex with 568 (one, two and three bedroom units). Each unit is individually owned. The property is located Rockville Pike, I-270 and I-495. Want to retreat from the noise and chatter, take an evening stroll through this lovely community, which is surrounded by mature trees. If it's too hot to take that walk, then enjoy a dip and the neighborhood pool. The community is surrounded on three sides by green space provided by Rock Creek Park. Additionally, the management office maintains the grounds, makes building repairs, removes snow and updates the residents about the condo association and more.
